Health Care Mandated = new Tax.

... just like many critics stated when ObamaCare was first announced, there was only going to be one way to get around the "Mandatory purchase of Health Insurance" clause of the bill...

They were going to call it a tax...   Obama and his cronies swore up and down for ages, it wasn't a tax... And then the lawsuits started to get threatened by the states...  So what do the Powers that Be say?

It's simply a tax

When Congress required most Americans to obtain health insurance or pay a penalty, Democrats denied that they were creating a new tax. But in court, the Obama administration and its allies now defend the requirement as an exercise of the government’s “power to lay and collect taxes.”

The anti-ObamaScare people were right, again... Unfortunately... and you and I and average hardworking Americans are screwed yet again.
