You Decide 2010: members of Missouri's tea-party movement call it a "slap in the face". Minnesota Congresswoman, Michele Bachmann, a Tea Party favorite, endorses Roy Blunt in Missouri's Republican primary for the U.S. Senate. The Tea Party's pick, however, is Chuck Purgason.
So Michele creates a "Tea Party caucus" and then throws her endorsement behind a RINO (Blunt), instead of Purgason.
Does anyone remember how we were blasting the RNCC for getting involved in primaries? Deja vu!
Michelle is a conservative (or at least more conservative than others), but this one is MIND BOGGLINGLY STUPID. Don't tell me that Purgason couldn't beat Carnahan. Hell, a head of lettuce has more going for it than Carnahan.
Once again, the PTB trying to attach their desire to control the Tea Party to a RINO candidate.
I understand supporting candidates you think can win, but this stinks to the level of Cornyn/NRCC/Florida. Come on Michelle, you can do better than this.. because I sure as hell can see the oxymoron when you try to promote "Tea Party" Candidate Roy Blunt... And that's "x2" on the "Moron" label.
