Hehe.. KMOV afraid to go digging in the shit...

birdshit that is...

Just one of those oddball stories of the day I have to laugh at.. (in terms of media outlets not putting things in context.), and it's a really simple story...

From the KMOV website:
The Kings of Leon concert was stopped short after only three songs.

The band said they had to leave the stage for safety reasons.
That's the only  thing that KMOV had to say about the story... doesn't say what kind of safety issues, was it the crowd getting a little too rambunctious?  Was it faulty equipment... was it... Well, I just happened to be perusing around and found a story from CNN (of all places) about the same story.

Pooping pigeons forced the Kings of Leon to abandon their St. Louis, Missouri, concert after just three songs Friday night, the rock band's management said Saturday.

An infestation of the birds in the rafters of the Verizon Amphitheatre bombarded the musicians as soon as they took the stage, according to Andy Mendelsohn of Vector Management.
What's the matter KMOV?  Too afraid to really dig into the shit and find out what the cause of the cancellation was?   Afraid to let us know what the actual cause of the issue was?    Birdshit!   (Of course, that goes well with the shit that's usually found in the St. Louis media).
